AI front desk: the one who attends the website
Running since October 2026 · 2,315 blocked attempts this month
Anyone landing on a personal website has to read a lot to find out what its owner does: which projects he has, how to work with him or how to write to him.
This front desk answers right away with what is already published: pages, guides and projects. If it does not know something, it says so and gives the email. It never makes an answer up.
How it is built
It is built on the same website (Next.js and Payload). The texts, the greeting and the switch are edited from the panel.
To think it uses the home computer's language model, which the website reaches over a private network between the two machines. To understand what questions mean it uses a vector model, also on the home computer.
The voice comes from a local synthesizer. If the home computer is off, DeepSeek answers with the same website content.
What can be seen from outside, and what cannot
You see: the button, the window, the voice and the answers.
You do not see: the models, the vectors index, the platform key or the details of the private network.
